Each tablet contains:
- Amla fruit (Phyllanthus emblica) - 125 mg.
- Bibhitaki fruit (Terminalia bellerica) - 62.50 mg.
- Haritaki fruit (Terminalia chebula)] - 62.50 mg.
Each 5 ml contains 166 mg of Triphala (combination of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)] Fruits extract.
- 100% vegetarian.
- Free from sugar, artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, and gelatin.
Triphala Himalaya dosage
Tablet: 1-2 tablets twice daily to be taken with luke warm water. In special cases, pls. contact your physician, who can select the dosage as per your prevailing health conditions.
Triphala Himalaya syrup
Children: 7.5 ml (1 ½ teaspoons) twice a day
Adults: 15 ml (3 teaspoonfuls) twice a day
