OrganicLab.pl only sells Herbal and Ayurveda products, Teas, Herbal cosmetics, and Herbal toothpastes directly from India to our customers all over the world. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or physician, before deciding to purchase and consume individually, the products offered on organicLab.pl. Our prices are attractive, because you buy products directly from India.

RETURNS
We always hope that our products will meet all customer expectations. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, we guarantee you the right to return the purchased goods within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving reasons.
The condition for accepting the return is the return of the purchased goods to us on the address provided by us, in the original undamaged packaging, along with the complete set of documents, provided that the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way.
The refund for the returned goods will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return to the bank account indicated by Customer. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND VAT IN THE RECIPIENT COUNTRIES
We OrganicLab.pl are not responsible for any customs duties or any other charges imposed in the recipient country on the products sent by us.
INFORMATION FOR ALL THE COUNTRIES:
The Customs office in the destination country may impose customs duties, VAT, Postal Surcharges etc. on the products sent by us. Their coverage is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the customs duties and the parcel is returned to us, we will NOT BE ABLE to refund more than 50% of the order value as the remaining 50% will cover the actual delivery costs, return cost and taxes for the operations in the transaction system.
Customers are requested to read and get acquainted with the prevailing Custom Rules and Duties in their countries, before placing an order.
IMPORTANT FOR CUSTOMERS FROM EUROPEAN UNION (EU) - CUSTOM DUTIES AND VAT
From 1 July 2021, new regulations (the so-called e-commerce VAT package) on the submission of customs declarations and the collection of VAT by the National postal operators have entered into force throughout the European Union (EU). All recipient of goods from outside the European Union (e.g. from India, USA, UK,) are obliged to pay customs and VAT. The service of this process, with some exceptions, is handled by the National Postal Carriers (Postal Services) of the particular EU countries, which took over the responsibilities of customs handling of shipments from outside the EU, becoming an entity making customs declarations acting on behalf of the recipient of the shipment, i.e. an indirect representative. This means that on the purchase of goods below 150 Euro or equivalent, Postal Services are obliged, to prepare a customs declaration on behalf of the customer, who has purchased/imports goods from outside EU (India, US, UK, etc.).
Shipments below the value of 150 Euros will not be charged Customs duty, and only:
· VAT – prevailing in a particular country,
· Postal Fee – depending on the country, from which the order has been placed.
Importantly, the threshold of Euro 22, under which there were no customs or duties prior to enforcement of this law, has been removed.
All the recipients of the shipments would receive a letter/SMS or information on the Postal website of the particular National Postal Carrier, intimation from the Post office, notifying the Person concerned, about the arrival of the packet. Any purchases below 150 Euro do not need special Power of Attorney for their Postal Services to make a customs declaration on their behalf. Any purchase more that 150 Euro, via Postal Services, need to be custom cleared via separate Custom’s Agency.

The upper limit of OrganicLab.pl's liability for any loss or damage, regardless of the circumstances, is the value of the order. Organiclab.pl is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, insofar as the law in force in the client's country permits such exclusion of liability.
The products sold by us are daily dietary, Ayurveda products and Cosmetics are herbal products intended for consumption. Similarly is the case We recommend that you consult your doctor or pharmacist before using them.
We are not the Manufacturer/Producer of the goods - we are the Seller. All products sold in our store organicLab.pl are of the highest quality and they are procured from the Authorized distributors and are sourced from valued and worldwide recognized brands. All the products go through stringent production process control and are thoroughly tested before bringing them for sale into the markets. They are subject to rigorous control and many years of testing before they are released for sale. They are safe to use and environmentally friendly. They do not cause side effects. Producers take utmost care for their Safety and Efficacy, while being cautious towards their Environmental Responsibility.
The herbal products and cosmetics, we sell are natural products of the highest quality; we are not responsible for any side effects.

The upper limit of the liability of our store organiclab.pl for any loss or damage, regardless of the circumstances, is the value of the contract.

Organiclab.pl reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The user is obliged to provide true data. In suspicious situations, we reserve the right to check the authenticity of the information provided.
If any inaccuracies are found, we have the right to cancel the order placed. Persons over 18 years of age or younger persons may log in, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you want to pay for the goods in a different currency, please contact us. We accept payments in the following currencies: EURO, USD and PLN.
All prices, products and their availability are constantly updated; however, we reserve the right to make changes, whenever there is a need for that. We are not responsible for any frauds.
An applications for cancellation of the offer, after the goods, have shipped, will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
We are not responsible for the change of the graphic design of the product introduced by the Producer.
Changing the layout does not change the composition of the product.
All products sold in the OrganicLab.pl online-store are fresh, with an up-to-date expiry date, of the highest quality from worldwide recognized and valued manufacturers.
