Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a system of non-conventional medicine developed in ancient India. The term ayurveda consists of two words "ayuh" (Sanskrit - life), and veda (scripture). It is a science that talks about physical, mental and spiritual health. Since 1999, Ayurveda has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a concept of health and therapy.

According to ayurveda, there are five main elements: ether (akaśa), air (vaju), fire (agmi), water (dźala) and earth (prythwi). Living creatures are characterized by one more: prana - it is life energy and force. Its basic premise is that both the universe and every single individual are a unity that can function and harmonize on its own. It sees each person as unique and unrepeatable. The constitution of every man speaks not only about physical health, but also about mental health, disposition and relations with other people. Ayurveda is a way of life, which assumes that it should be not only healthy, but also happy and full of harmony with one's own body.

Ayurveda is the innocent and oldest medical science of treating human beings holistically. It is not just the science of curing diseases, but the science of how to stay healthy. Ayurveda increases the life span of people. No other medical science has as long a track record as Ayurveda. It has been proved that Ayurveda has more than 5000 years of history, which proves its effectiveness.
